Job Title: Education Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting teaching staff for schools and education institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit teaching staff for schools and education institutions
  • Build relationships with schools and education institutions to understand their recruitment needs
  • Source and attract top teaching talent through various recruitment channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to schools and education institutions
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in education recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with schools and education institutions
  • Knowledge of the education sector and recruitment processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
