Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of North Northamptonshire council for customer Digital project support officer.

The candidate will be required to have experience with Adobe, Excel/Data base work and be able to demonstrate attention to detail skills.

Main duties.

Providing technical and administrative assistance to the Children's Services Digital Offer project team, including database management, reviewing, and manipulating data in Excel worksheets to build and cleanse necessary web content etc.
Managing shared service email inbox
Completing web content accessibility checks and ensuring content meet necessary accessibility compliance standards - must be proficient in using Adobe Pro accessibility tool.
Updating social media platforms with latest information (predominantly Facebook), and collecting feedback as appropriate
Liaising with relevant service areas (across Children's Services) to help capture and review relevant digital information requirements.
Keeping our local database of disability service providers updated (Special Needs Index - SNIX) - training would be provided.
