Monday- Friday

On going temporary contract

£12.76 per hour

Immediate start

Responsibilities:

* Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence

* Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

* Organise and schedule appointment/ delivery slots on bespoke in house system.

Requirements:

* 1 years experience in a office based role

* Ability to manage and prioritise workloads

* Experience and understanding of production planning and scheduling(not essential)

* Exceptional organisational skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Great communication skills

* Proven experience in an administrative role with excellent organisational skills

* Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

* Proficiency in using computerised systems for office tasks

* Ability to communicate effectively with a professional phone manner

* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
