The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Assisting with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
Assisting with event planning and coordination
Assisting with customer service inquiries
Assist with special projects as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Other duties as assigned by management.

This position requires an excellent written and verbal communication skills.
