Agenda Partnership are supporting their Corby based client who are looking for an Operations Manager to join their management team to provide support with their operational requirements.
Main responsibilities:
* Direct people management experience
* Engaging in continuous improvement (CI) projects, specifically around proficiencies and processes.
* Ensure that all client SLA’s are met on time and in full.
* Planning and management of team resource
* Upholding high standards of housekeeping
* Promoting Health and Safety within the warehouse.
* Running and attending team meetings & 1-2-1's
* Liaise with the General Manager and wider management teams regarding forecasting and planning
Skills & Experience
* Experienced Operations Manager who has worked within Warehousing / Distribution sector
* Track record of improving operational proficiencies and implementing change
* Excellent people management skills
* Somebody who enjoys being hands on day to day
