About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic educator who is eager to make a meaningful impact on young learners’ lives.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to the varied learning needs of our students, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Your innovative teaching methods will inspire a love for learning, and your supportive approach will help each child develop confidence and independence.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold valid QTS.

• Experience: Prior experience teaching KS1 students is highly desirable.

• References: Provide at least two professional references.

• DBS Check: Must have a current Enhanced DBS check or be willing to undergo one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons that align with the national curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.

• Student Assessment: Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.

• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respectful and productive student interactions.

• Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
