About the role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate KS1 Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis, working three days per week. This role has become available due to the expansion of our team, reflecting our commitment to maintaining low student-to-teacher ratios and providing personalised attention to each student.

The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated and collaborative staff, teaching a lively class of 20 students. Our school stands out for its supportive atmosphere, professional development opportunities, and innovative teaching practices.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.

• Excellent classroom management skills.

• Early Career Teachers encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
