About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team on a full-time, long-term basis. This position is available due to the expansion of our teaching team to better support our growing number of students. The role offers a competitive daily rate of £160-£210, reflecting the importance of the position and the level of experience required. As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to a class of approximately 30 students. The role includes planning and implementing creative curriculum activities, monitoring and assessing student progress, and working collaboratively with support staff and parents to ensure the best educational outcomes. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience within Key Stage 1.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for primary education and a commitment to the holistic development of young learners.
• Experience or understanding of SEN strategies would be advantageous, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Developing and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Tracking and assessing student progress, providing feedback, and setting targets.
• Collaborating with colleagues to plan and share resources and best practices.
• Engaging with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Participating in school events and contributing to the wider school community.
