About the role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment for our young learners. You will work closely with a passionate team of educators to deliver a curriculum that inspires curiosity, fosters critical thinking, and encourages a love of learning. Your role will involve planning and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver creative and effective lesson plans that align with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, kindness, and cooperation.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement.
