Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons that align with the National Curriculum, ensuring all students are motivated and engaged in their learning.
• Regularly monitor, assess, and record student progress, providing feedback to students and parents, and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your class.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour, personal growth, and a love of learning.
• Work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to plan and coordinate activities, share best practices, and contribute to the overall development of the school community.
