As a Full-Time Receptionist/Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for the patients and their families, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the clinical staff in providing outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet patients and visitors warmly, manage phone calls, and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups, and manage the clinic's calendar.
Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
Communication: Liaise between patients, families, and clinical staff to facilitate clear and effective communication.Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Experience in a health care or paediatric setting is a plus.
