**Job Title**: Full-Time Secretary
**Location**:Hybrid: Remote work on Mondays and Tuesdays; In-office at 311 Commercial Road, London, E1 2PS on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
**Salary**:£25,000 per annum
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties and take detailed messages.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings for potential clients.
- Create, update, and distribute property brochures to provide clients with relevant property information.
- Organise and schedule required property inspections, such as gas safety and electrical inspections, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Process incoming invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
- Type and distribute sales letters and other correspondence, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Actively assist in progressing agreed sales, coordinating between relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction closures.
**Ideal Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
