GRG are recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary basis for six months. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company holds contracts and placement agreements for all people they support. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager, Divisional Financial Controllers, Operations, and Billing teams to ensure that placements and fees are aligned with internal systems.
Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the company holds valid contracts, framework agreements, and placement agreements for all people they support.
- Updating the Contracts tracker for all contracts and placement agreements.
- Cross-checking supporting documentation and preparing files for approval.
- Working with the wider business and external parties on placement agreement queries.
- Uploading data to the internal systems.
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of people they support documentation.
- Liaising with external Local Authorities and ICB's to obtain missing documentation.
- Collation of information for the wider business for due diligence returns.

About You:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well-organised and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience of document management and control.
- Strong communicator who is able to build relationships with external customers, client-facing.
- Experience of Social Services, ICB's, and Local Authorities preferred but not essential.
