Learning Coordinator

Our UK Learning team are looking for a full time Learning Coordinator to join the team in our Halesowen office on a permanent contract. As a Learning Coordinator, you will join a busy People Services function to support the administration and coordination of learning activities.
**Your work environment**
- Office/Home based - 37.5 hours per week
**Your mission**
As a Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Administer and coordinate learning activities and events
- Accurately maintain all administrative systems to support the scheduling, booking and delivery of learning activities and ensure all learning data and records are accurate and up to date
- Produce and update reports and matrices on learning activity
- Provide excellent customer service, including dealing with learning queries and guiding employees and managers on our learning processes and procedures
- Deal with all pre and post learning administration including: managing bookings to ensure applicants meet the criteria; managing over or under subscriptions; sending timely joining instructions; managing course waiting lists; communicating pre course requirements with participants, liaising with trainers, facilities and external suppliers; dealing with cancellations and non-attendance; course certification; evaluation forms and processing invoices
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, and any other duties to assist the effectiveness of the learning team
- Provide general administrative support
**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Previous experience in busy and varied administration role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines without close supervision
- Experience of managing, inputting, and creating accurate data
- Ability to work as part of a team and be a positive, contributing member
- Previous administration experience in Learning & Development and using an Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be an advantage
