You will have experience of working as an administration or within a customer service role with good Microsoft Office and communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and part of a team with good organisational skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks, situations and manage multiple tasks. You will be professional with a pleasant demeanour and attitude with a willingness to take on tasks and help out wherever necessary.

Duties

Site purchasing, purchase invoice matching and approvals.
Site delivery scheduling and stock monitoring
Hotel and Accommodation bookings
Job set up and allocation
Job file maintenance and record keeping.
Liaison, scheduling and allocation of work to operational teams.
Preparing handover and certification documentation for compliance.
Supporting and Liaising with Operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of contracts .
Ensure Checkmate Way processes and procedures are being followed and maintain records for compliance and audit.
Handling incoming calls and enquiries
Manage workload and ensure deadlines are met and adhered to.
Support with Client Liaison ensuring high levels of effective communication and client satisfaction
