PageGroup are supporting a growing manufacturing business based in North Leicestershire with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a busy HR function.
Due to the nature of this sector, this role is fully office based working.

Description

Reporting to a HR Director, the role of HR Manager will support with the management of a small HR team taking responsibility for the full people life cycle of a busy manufacturing site.

This will include but not limited to:

Provide high quality advice to stakeholders on all people matters
Continually review and embed HR policies and procedures
Offer advice and guidance to managers with employee relations cases
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, retention and attraction of staff
Support the HR Director to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceProfile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.

You may currently be a HR Manager looking for a new challenge. Alternatively, you maybe a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step in your career.
