Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR centre of excellence, you will play a crucial role in driving the HR data agenda forward and creating dashboards and reports that will make a real difference to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanse and Manipulate HR Data: Utilize your expertise in Excel to cleanse and manipulate HR data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Build HR Dashboards: Design and build HR dashboards in Excel and/or PowerBI, providing actionable insights to our HR Leadership Team.
  • Support HRIS Launch: Act as the voice for people data, ensuring our new HRIS system provides the necessary metrics and supporting the launch process.
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership: Work closely with our HR Leadership Team to identify key people metrics and develop a long-term plan for people data.
  • Pull and Present Reports: Pull and present HR data reports to our HR Leadership Team and organisational Board, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Support Reward Manager: Assist the Reward Manager in pulling data for Reward-specific projects, including Gender Pay Gap and National Living Wage.
  • Advise on People Data: Provide expert advice to our Head of People Services on the potential of people data and help shape the future plan for people metrics.
