Job Title: HR Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Astute Recruitment. As a key player in the HR Services team, you will have the opportunity to become the go-to expert on our current HR systems, helping to drive efficiency and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the superuser for developing existing HR systems and providing accurate people data and insights
Responsible for creating answers to FAQs and guides on HR Ticket system
Focus on the development and maintenance of existing systems
Maintain existing integrations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Provides accurate monthly KPI and other data to various stakeholders including Central HR, HRBPs and Finance
Supports reward processes by loading in bulk pay data for annual pay review
Deal with queries around pay and benefits, informally by providing the relevant information needed
Acts as back-up to HR Coordinator to cover absence for vendors, POs and invoices
Ensures that systems and data are compliant with GDPR

Requirements:

Strong systems/analyst background along with advanced Excel skills
Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated team-player
Knowledge and experience in HR Systems

What We Offer:

Salary of £33,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
