To succeed in this role, you must possess a relevant degree or professional management qualification, with excellent IT skills and experience in designing and implementing HR policies.
You will be a team player with extensive experience in a sold HR service environment, managing multiple complex casework, and have business and commercial awareness, with an up-to-date understanding of employment legislation and associated case law.
You will be able to determine client needs, assess risks, and provide advice in the form of options to support clients in resolving complex HR issues.
