Provide Administrative support to the Line manager to ensure the supported housing schemes in Preston, London, Leicester and Tameside are operating to their optimal standard            

Duties Supporting tenants: Helping tenants maintain their independence and access housing benefits
Identifying vulnerable tenants: Identifying vulnerable tenants and referring them to relevant agencies
Dealing with anti-social behavior: Working with housing to deal with anti-social behavior issues
Ordering equipment: Ordering new equipment, furniture, white goods, carpets, and flooring
Facilitating repairs: Facilitating and reporting day-to-day repairs – liaise with support workers to ensure the repairs reported are being actioned and completed in a timely manner
Working with groups: Working with statutory, voluntary, and community groups to promote health and wellbeing
Supporting the support workers to complete every quarterly Support Assessments, Support plans and Risk Management plans, ensuring all assessments are completed comprehensively and correctly
Working closely with the supported Housing Manager to ensure all administration relating to our supported tenants is completed, filed and organized daily
Attend Meetings with Professionals supporting the tenants
Covering any A/L and absences for our support workers
Moving in our supported tenants when support workers are off sick or on A/L
Ensuring any safeguarding concerns or missing information is reported to the supported Housing Manager without delay
Liaising with the Care Support administrator daily to ensure any missing information for the supported tenants is reported to the supported Housing Manager
Skills and experience of an Office Manager

Previous experience required as a Support Housing Officer and support worker essential
Previous Administration experience essential
Previous experience in Risk management and safeguarding essential
Previous experience in homelessness, Domestic Violence and Substance misuse essential
Previous experience in conducting support assessments and support plans essential
Experience in multi-agency approach desirable

They are looking for a supported housing coordinator to join their team part time.
