Hampshire, United Kingdom NonStop Consulting Full time

Home Based Supervising Social Worker - Good Ofsted
salary up to £40,000 per annum + performance related bonus + mileage

NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker for an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating, in the Hampshire area.

It is a home working role, with an expectation to travel to carers and meet at the regional office for training/meetings, normally 2-3 times per month. This will allow you to have a good work - life balance.

Responsibilities:
The caseload is 10 and it is just supervision of the foster carers so you will not be completing Form F Assessments on top.

The foster carers are located in the Hampshire area, mostly around Southampton and Portsmouth.

They are a very nice fostering agency with a focus on the quality, promoting a family feel culture, supportive and kind, to all the Social Workers and also to the foster carers, so you will be joining a very nice working environment.

Benefits:
- join a national fostering agency with a Good Ofsted
- home working
- manageable caseload - 10
- 28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (this will increase to 32 days + bank holidays with length of service)
- 0.45p per mile mileage
- ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Discretionary sick pay Annual pay increase / fair pay policy

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
