Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to Kinship foster carers on a range of issues related to child care and development.
- Work closely with foster carers to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Conduct regular home visits and assessments to ensure the well-being and safety of children in foster care.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to provide comprehensive support to foster carers and children.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with foster carers, providing regular feedback and support to help them succeed in their roles.
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Kinship foster carers or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of providing expert advice and guidance to foster carers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with foster carers and other professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services to children and families.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £40.
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options.
- 6+ month rolling contracts.
