Our client is a national manufacturing company producing innovative fencing and home and garden improvement products for homes across the UK. Their products are high quality, with bespoke installations that are maintenance free and guaranteed to last.

This position is to lead the Regional Team which includes sales colleagues and fitting teams whilst collaborating with HO regarding any shared administration/marketing support.

Key Responsibilities include: -

* To establish, build and develop a revenue channel in both the residential and commercial sectors.

* To lead the team to deliver sales, installation, profit and commercial budget performance.

* To ensure that all processes are followed, and performance management is maintained with regular teams’ meetings, reviews and appraisals.

* To manage the end-to-end customer journey & to report activity on a weekly basis.

* To take part in weekly trade meetings.

* To contact client in a timely manner, arranging appointment at a convenient time.

* To liaise with your designated Marketing Executive as requires.

* Ensure stock is ordered to cover monthly installation plan.

* Manage stock counts.

* Complete weekly Debt collection with finance

* Manage team and ensure employees are aware of company’s policies and procedures.

Candidates background & experience: -

* An effective communicator with great inter personal skills

* Highly customer focussed

* Strong organisational skills

* Hands on-can- do attitude

* Good IT skills including all Microsoft suite, use of databases
