The Company: This organisation is a fantastic place to develop your field sales career. Reporting into the Commercial Manager for the Pet Care division, you will sell a range of garden bird feed, pet products and accessories that are a much loved and trusted household name. They have recently acquired additional pet brands and are investing heavily in growth. The reach of this business is huge and they have experienced phenomenal sales in the last 3 years. The career prospects across their brands and channels are very attractive.


The Role: Following a structured company induction, you will be managing an account base of independent pet retailers, country stores, pet wholesalers and farm shops in the North East and Yorkshire region. This is a high performing region with a very mature customer base as well as opportunities to develop your own key accounts. Looking to grow sales and open new retail accounts, you will deal with pet shop owners, independent retailers, farm shop managers to cross sell your specialist, market leading brands. Working to weekly KPIS of 4-5 visits a day and monthly targets you will be visiting customers daily, building rapport and working on range, stock and new products as well in - store merchandising.

  • Pet/animal enthusiast with FMCG field sales experience
