Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Handling client inquiries and assisting the sales team with quotations and tender documents.
Managing and processing purchase orders in a timely manner.
Supporting the credit control process to ensure timely payments.
Ensuring all office supplies, such as tea, coffee, and photocopy paper, are stocked and reordered as necessary.
Taking minutes during meetings and distributing them as required.
Assisting with administrative tasks related to maintaining ISO accreditation.
Ordering branded merchandise and uniforms for the installation team.
Organising transportation, train tickets, flights, and accommodation for installers and directors.
