The Client:

The Role:
As a Social Worker, you will be providing essential social work services, focusing on client well-being and community integration.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed client assessments and develop tailored care plans.
Provide counselling and support to individuals and families facing challenges.
Facilitate access to healthcare, housing, and financial services.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar role.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in social work, ideally in care setting.

Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of social work theories, legislation, and ethical standards.
