We are currently seeking an experienced customer-focused individual to join our client's team as they look to add a Senior Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team to ensure the smooth operation of the customer support processes and deliver a first-class experience to their valued customers.

Description of the role:

Make decisions on faulty, defective, or damaged orders.
Implement cost-effective solutions for deliveries and exchanges.
Resolve complex delivery issues while managing costs.
Escalate technical issues to the Team Manager, Sales Director, or Technical Department.
Assist with onboarding and training new advisors and act as a buddy when needed.
Support the Team Manager in their absence to ensure departmental operations run smoothly.
Maintain trackers for the Team Manager, Sales Director, Warehouse Manager, and MD.
Help the Team Manager achieve departmental objectives.
Handle access checks, Moffatt quotes, and MSD/PF delivery queries.
Organise returns, replacements, and refunds. About you:

Previous experience in a similar role
Confident with providing support and training team members.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
