Operations Administrator

Location: Sheerness

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:30-17:00 (one hour lunch)

Pay Rate: £11.44 p/h

Employment Type: Long-term, ongoing work

Igloo is currently recruiting experienced administrators for our client based in Sheerness for immediate starts. Our client is a large transport company that deals with the transportation of new and used vehicles across the UK and Europe.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Act as a liaison between operational teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

* Dealing with transport drivers face to face

* Updating operational database and spreadsheets.

* Supporting the operational team where needed

* Prepare operational reports

* Ensure clear communication and provide feedback to the team.

* Support additional duties as needed to serve customers effectively.

What kind of person we are looking for?

* Operations experience is preferred, but happy to consider someone with good administrative experience.

* Excellent IT skills and the confidence and ability to work with new IT systems and databases, as well Microsoft Office. Excel knowledge is a must

* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Be punctual, reliable, and hardworking.

* Be able to work as part of a team as well as under own esteem.
