This client is a major player in the logistics industry, specializing in the movement of both new and pre-owned vehicles throughout the UK and Europe.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks to Compound Drivers utilizing PDA and proprietary systems.
  • Engage in direct communication with Compound Drivers.
  • Maintain and update operational databases and spreadsheets.
  • Compile and analyze operational reports.
  • Support the operational team and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and provide constructive feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations with the capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Strong IT proficiency, with the ability to adapt to new systems and databases, particularly Microsoft Office; Excel expertise is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
