About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Igloo, a leading automotive and transport staffing solutions company. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate work to Compound Drivers using PDA and in-house systems.
  • Face-to-face interactions with Compound Drivers.
  • Update and maintain operational databases and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and review operational reports.
  • Provide support to the operational team and assist with additional duties as needed.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with the team and provide feedback.
Requirements
  • Operations experience with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills and the confidence and ability to work with new IT systems and databases, as well as Microsoft Office. Excel knowledge is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Be punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative.
