Compensation:
£12 per hour, negotiable based on experience

Job Type:
Temporary to Permanent

Igloo is seeking a skilled Operations Administrator to support our client, a prominent transport organization specializing in the movement of both new and pre-owned vehicles throughout the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign tasks to Compound Drivers utilizing PDA and proprietary systems.
  • Engage in direct communication with Compound Drivers.
  • Maintain and update operational databases and spreadsheets.
  • Compile and analyze operational reports.
  • Assist the operational team with various tasks as required.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operations with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong IT proficiency, with a solid understanding of new IT systems and databases, including Microsoft Office; Excel expertise is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Dependable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently.
