We are in the process of establishing a new cementitious products terminal in the UK, located in Sheerness, Kent, which will serve the demand in the South East market.

**Your Role**
- Receive and process all incoming orders from clients for the delivery of cementitious products and coordinate with transport contractors to schedule and plan deliveries in accordance with client requirements and company policies.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure accurate order details, address any concerns, and provide timely updates on delivery schedules.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to maximise efficiency.
- Collaborate with terminal supervisors and terminal operators to ensure smooth loading of products during delivery operations.
- Keep accurate records of all transportation activities, including delivery schedules, transport contractor performance, and client interactions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve transportation processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing necessary improvements.
- Provide support to the Sales Manager by coordinating transportation for new business opportunities and assisting in the development of transportation strategies.

**About You**
- Experience as a Transport Coordinator or Despatcher in a similar industry or field.
- You will posses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, transport contractors, and internal teams.
- Positive and can-do attitude, able to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.

Nova Cement has complimentary sources of material to support the launch on the Joint Venture into the South East market.
