Igloo is currently seeking a skilled operations administrator for a prominent client in the transport sector.

This client is a well-established company specializing in the movement of both new and pre-owned vehicles throughout the UK and Europe.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute tasks to Compound Drivers utilizing PDA and proprietary systems.
  • Engage in direct communication with Compound Drivers.
  • Update and manage operational databases and spreadsheets.
  • Compile and assess operational reports.
  • Provide assistance to the operational team and take on additional responsibilities as required.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team and offer constructive feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations with the capability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong IT proficiency and the ability to adapt to new IT systems and databases, particularly Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Dependable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team as well as work independently.
