We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Igloo, a leading automotive and transport staffing solutions company. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's operations team in Sheerness.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate work to Compound Drivers using PDA and in-house systems.
- Face-to-face interactions with Compound Drivers.
- Update and maintain operational databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and review operational reports.
- Provide support to the operational team and assist with additional duties as needed.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with the team and provide feedback.
- Operations experience with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills and the confidence and ability to work with new IT systems and databases, as well as Microsoft Office. Excel knowledge is a must.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as under own esteem.
- Weekly pay.
