Administration Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, to join an innovative and dynamic organisation within the financial services industry.

The role:

As the Administration Assistant, you act as a key point of contact and be responsible for providing the clients with ongoing support and handling any queries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

* Being the first point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, issues and concerns and liaising with their financial advisor

* Communicating with customers on financial matters within the contact centre environment

* answering the phone and forwarding calls to the relevant people as well as making calls to customers and clients

* working in a regulated environment where you will be supported to ensure you are following regulations.

* Handling sensitive situations and vulnerable customers appropriately

* Demonstrate resilience and handle challenging conversations

Skills & Experience

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

* Good problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution abilities

* Good organisation and attention to detail
