Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our design team to produce high-quality architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential information for projects.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of architectural plans through all project stages.
  • Utilise CAD software proficiently to create accurate and detailed technical drawings.
  • Work on a variety of projects, including national and international developments.
  • Collaborate with the wider planning team and contribute to renewable and clean energy initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Proficient in the use of CAD in the BIM world.
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in architectural design and drafting.
  • Previous exposure to a variety of project types is advantageous.
