Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential information for projects.
Assist in the development and refinement of architectural plans through all project stages.
Utilise CAD software proficiently to create accurate and detailed technical drawings.
Work on a variety of projects, including national and international developments.
Collaborate with the wider planning team and contribute to renewable and clean energy initiatives.
Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Proficient in the use of CAD in the BIM world.
Working knowledge of SketchUp
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Previous exposure to a variety of project types is advantageous.
