The Company
An expanding, global business with headquarters in Buckinghamshire, are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Wooburn Green, on an ongoing, temporary basis. An exciting opportunity to join a thriving business who keep going from strength to strength and are a well respected competitor in the market.
The Role
Working within a busy team, this role is pivotal to the successful operation that they have in place, ensuring the successful management of employee relations and performance management. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the point of contact for managers, employees and other HR team members.
- Manage staff relations, responding to any queries or problems that they have whilst managing expectations.
- Support the Group HR Director with grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies to ensure they are aligned with current and local legislation.
- Attend meetings, support investigations, and prepare for sensitive and confidential hearings
About You
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience within a similar function and role. Key attributes/skills desire:
- Working knowledge of employment legislation.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR Systems and IT programmes.
- Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities.
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload.
- Strong team player and happy to help out others when required.
Other details
- Salary: £18ph - £21ph
- This is an ongoing temporary assignment. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
