POSITION SUMMARYIf you are an individual with a proven track record in sales mentorship, commercial strategy, and developing relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and C-Level Executives through trust and in-depth knowledge of the industry this opportunity will be of interest to you. The primary objective for the FXAIR VP of Sales is to achieve the sales targets for the business through managing, motivating and mentoring the FXAir Sales Directors. The individual will have a strong background in sales team management, although aviation experience is an advantage, it is by no means essential. A proven track record is vital and should be accompanied by a desire to learn and progress within the organisation. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to thrive in a target-driven business. The role requires someone who is adaptable to change and can take direction from senior leadership. FXAIR Europe builds on the success of PrivateFly and FXAIR US, the launch of our European outfit will bring industry-leading solutions to the charter market - uniquely combining owned, managed and open-market fleets across on-demand and structured products. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in a service and/or hospitality field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in the business aviation industry is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook).Language skills are advantageous. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMust possess the legal ability to work in the European UnionBe prepared to make regular visits to corporate offices.Have strong attention to detail.Excellent time management skills.The ability to work in a team atmosphere, and manage a flexible schedule.Possess the ability to grow and thrive in a performance driven culture where communication and teamwork are keys to success. SCHEDULEAbility and willingness to work early & late shifts, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.COMPENSATIONCompetitive salary and benefits packageMarket-leading commission structureDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProactive and measured outbound sales efforts to build and maintain a diverse client base.Maximise all inbound opportunities by offering tailored offerings and delivering profitable bookings.Ensure clients receive the right products and services for their current requirements.Regular engagement with the Flexjet sales team if the client is identified as having shared ownership potential.Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Owning and meeting/exceeding FXAIR targets and KPIs on Revenue/Margin/New Business/Referrals.Commitment to log all sales efforts via FXAIR CRM System.Ensure each inbound lead is handled swiftly, and professionally, with a clear focus on securing the business.A desire to maximise each charter opportunity whilst maintaining a focus on the long-term progression of the client.Take a dynamic approach to sales, pivoting with market trends and external challenges.Collaborate and build strong links with Client Service and Revenue Management teams.Be acutely aware of the importance of fostering long-term relationships with both clients and our supplier network.Diligent sourcing of aircraft through our One-Sky approved operator network, ensuring all options reflect the high levels of quality and service our clients come to expect.Liaising with our FXAIR Revenue Management team to check on-fleet and managed solutions for each and every request.Successful management of charter bookings from enquiry to Client Services handover.Embody the brand and make a positive contribution to the FXAIR Culture.Location:
