We are a sizeable player in the Real Estate game - and seek a seasoned Sales Director to join the team and reshape the world of hospitality

It's a massively exciting opportunity, going far beyond the role of just a Sales Director - offering a chance to take lead on multiple products in various jurisdictions.

You'll take lead on the outreach strategy, and tap into your institutional network. You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, managing the sales team, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, creative and detail-oriented. Most of all WELL CONNECTED with a strong network in the institutional investment space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage the sales team and provide coaching and support to help them achieve their sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including resort owners, partners and investors
- Develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports to the executive team
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales objectives
- Analyse market trends and develop insights to inform sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- MBA is desirable
- At least 7 years of sales experience, including experience as a Sales Director.
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Experience in the investment banking, real estate or hospitality industries is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and develop insights to inform sales strategies
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Existing network and strong relationships with institutional investors (family offices, funds, banks) IS A MUST.

We have an office in Central London
- due to the nature of the work we do, this is primarily an office based role (4 days per week in the office, and 1 day work from home/anywhere).

- From an Investment/Financial Services Background
- Knows and understands the Web3/Blockchain world
- Has a proven track record
- Well connected and with strong institutional investor relationships
- Understands the market in the far East
- Able to demonstrate knowledge, experience and track record in Sales
- Are able to demonstrate you are pro-active
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Massively creative and thinks outside the box
- Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese is a BIG PLUS

**Salary**: £49,872.17-£128,731.25 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
