Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist your primary focus will be to cultivate and expand our network of wellness-focused partners across various geographies, initiating in the UK. Your target establishments will predominantly be pharmacy chains, lifestyle and wellness stores, hotels, spas, and yoga studios. This role demands a dynamic individual who can innovate and navigate through the wellness industry, ensuring profitable partnerships and a sustainable network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach efforts.Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and in-store meetings. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Partner Acquisition: Identify, research, and target prospective pharmacies chains, lifestyle and wellness stores, hotels, spas, and yoga studios to join our network. Develop and execute strategic plans to secure partnerships, ensuring alignment with our brand and mutual profitability.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present the ripple⁺ range to potential clients through effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with current and potential partners, ensuring a robust, satisfied, and engaged network. Address partner inquiries, concerns, and seek opportunities to enhance the partnership experience.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement sales strategies targeting diverse wellness-focused establishments. Organize and participate in events, workshops, and forums to foster network expansion and brand recognition.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor approaches, and to identify new opportunities for network expansion. Adapt strategies based on market insights to secure a competitive position and capitalize on emergent opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales outcomes and partner network performance using CRM platforms. Utilise these tools to effectively manage partner information and sales funnel activities.
  • General Operations: Coordinate contract negotiations, partnership onboarding, and order processing, ensuring smooth operations and successful partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably within the wellness, retail, or related industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in relationship management and network building.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of the wellness industry and market trends.
