Business Development Manager - Medical Device and Software Sales - Resuscitation.

- Home based, covering Key Accounts, and prepared to travel the UK as necessary
- £ 45-55k Basic Salary / £10k+ Commission BUT FULLY UNCAPPED / Excellent package including car (BMW/Volvo Hybrid) and 10% non-contributory pension.
- Territory Manager / Sales Representative / Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist
- Medical Devices / Medical Consumables / Theatre Products / Surgical Instruments.

Role - The Business Manager will sell a range of software based medical devices that drive excellence in resuscitation training within clinical settings. The products are cutting edge and offer huge advantages in patient outcomes and patient safety in life supportsettings. As the Business Development Manager, you will sell the system that allows on-going, self-taught, intuitive resuscitation knowledge that increase skills through cognitive learning - remotely (Laptop, PC etc) and mannequin-based solutions. The productsassist in CQC adherence and SAVE LIVES DAILY. You will make the sale to Resuscitation Officers as an initial point of call but be charged with shifting mindsets and challenging the status quo with senior stakeholders at Matron, CEO and Senior Procurement Level.This Key Account focused role will come with a realistic and achievable revenue target as well as strategic KPI targets. Applicants will be prepared to travel extensively and want to work for a business that has an unrivalled reputation for patient care.
- Knowledge of NHS sales cycle is a must.
- Strong numerical, analytical skills to evaluate the commercial approach - analysing data is key.
- Strong people skills to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in utilising Microsoft office suite e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
