Job Summary
Responsible for the achievement of Territory Sales Quota, manage and develop customer base, control expenses while contributing to ZOLL's profitability. Cover assigned territory promoting products to the pre-hospital (EMS) market, including fire departments, ambulance services, police and municipal agencies.
Essential Functions
Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets for your designated territory.
Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans that include short-term and long-term goals, market analysis, and strategic tactics to capture new business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Be a subject matter expert and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential customers within your territory.
Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities, effectively nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging opportunities. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales support functions to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven track record of high-performance sales achievements, ideally in a similar territory management role.
Strong understanding of the industry and market trends, as well as our products and services.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software ( salesforce ) and other sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
