Location: London and surroundings (flexible) - got business in Brighton and Hastings with potential for expansion, primarily focused on the central London area and surrounding spine centres.
This medical device company is privately owned and dedicated to streamlining surgical procedures by creating, evolving, and advocating for secure and effective options for spine specialists, surgical staff, and patients.
As a trailblazer in its sector, the company has launched distinctive, patented, and clinically proven innovations in Minimally Invasive Surgery, Motion Preservation, Fusion, Biologics, and Fractures Treatment.
The company offers a comprehensive selection of traceable barcoded sterile packed implants paired with streamlined instrument kits, thereby ensuring enhanced safety, economic savings, and adherence within the medical facility.
They are an agile organisation with a lot of resources and can react to customers' needs.
You will be increasing sales in your territory and developing relationships with customers of the spine portfolio.
account managing the established customers and hunting down new business opportunities within the territory.
You should have sales experience in the neuro, spine or orthopaedics industry.
Candidates from other medical device backgrounds may be considered, but having spinal contacts would be a distinct advantage.
Bonus: £20k OTE, 7% of growth on sales which kicks in at 90-95%.
Car policy: Allowance £650 a month
Phone, laptop, pension 8% company contribution, private healthcare, death in service, 25 days holiday
