**Enterprise Account Executive - Retail Management Software**
**Remote**
**90-110k Base, 180-220k OTE + Excellent Benefits**
Our international client offers a cloud-based management solution to retailers, which monitors merchandising and marketing operations. With conformity, communication, and consumer at the forefront of their solution, they help brands improve on multiple levels. Due to global growth plans, they are looking for an additional Enterprise Account Executive to complement their high-performing sales function.
**As a client facing, Enterprise Account Executive, you will**:
- Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets within enterprise-level accounts
- Target the worlds leading and largest retail brands
- Manage and grow a territory through proactively prospecting new business opportunities
- Identify, grow, and nurture major sales opportunities, schedule and attend appointments with prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop your sales pipeline
- Collaborate with colleagues (implementation, support, account management, product development etc.)
- Develop deep relationships internally and externally
- Manage varied sales cycles and 6-figure targets
**The ideal Enterprise Account Executive will**:
- Possess 5-10 years experience in a client-facing, enterprise sales role where the emphasis was on SaaS solutions
- Have experienced previous success selling into large retailers
- Demonstrate a proven record of target achievement and complex sales success
- Understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at board level
- Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability, and responsibility
- Be a commercially aware, new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped, 6-figure earnings
- Be a problem solver, self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Be technically minded and quickly understand new concepts
- Have a thirst to learn and develop
- A 65-100k base salary
- An uncapped OTE of 130-200k
