PMO Administrator
This job contributes to JLL client success by providing business expertise in identifying and designing improvements on processes, application(s) or database system(s) for JLL clients. Provides user support and troubleshooting, input on business requirements, system and process enhancement support and documentation, system maintenance, and partner training.
Has a thorough understanding of the general PMO processes to support and anticipate impact to the business.
Ability to engage and work cross functionally to develop upstream system and business process changes that ensure data integrity and minimise risk to business unit and financial results.
Work with the Project Management, Finance and Operations to ensure coordination of templates and deadlines, reporting requirements and timely completion of documents.
Work with the Project Management Operations to develop reporting tools and templates to effectively drive the business for Operations while incorporating Best Practices and Finance requirements.
Develops recommendations and coordinates issue resolution with appropriate parties based on business unit priorities. Analyses current processes, tools, system or database and makes recommendations for development, improvement or simplification. Acts as a subject matter expert in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
Collaborates with business groups to develop appropriate training materials to support the needs of the functional area. Provides on-going end-user systems training to ensure continued and correct use of processes and applications and to roll out new tools and procedures.
Supports the development of new and improved processes, tools and system enhancements to support business unit requirements.
Maintains the integrity and the functionality of business unit systems by performing system and database audits. Monitors system performance; analyses problems and recommends solutions. Researches, design and schedules standardized reports or create adhoc reports or data queries to support the business unit. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to effectively work cross functionally with local and remote JLL clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Training and presentation skills
