Content and Policy Administrator – 12 Months FTC

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Reports to: Policy Manager

  • To ensure consistency and accuracy in all policies and procedures released to customers
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy of all other non-policy content published to customers via our platform, the QCS website and social media
  • To communicate effectively with the team and external contributors ensuring that all administration duties are completed in the required timescale
  • To work collaboratively with the team to ensure the consistent flow of documents and robust adherence to agreed processes

THE KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Demonstrating competence and confidence in using the database and software systems, providing consistent and responsive administrative support to the content team and wider business when required
  • Performing formatting, grammar, spelling and punctuation checks on all documents submitted, ensuring consistency of style and content across each region and cluster
  • Proofing and releasing approved content in a variety of formats including policies, procedures, platform content for our customers, website and social media posts
  • Supporting with the resolution of system and customer issues
  • Monitoring content review dates and escalating any overdue reviews
  • Joining scheduled meetings and actively participating

SKILLS

  • Excellent spoken and written English, understanding of grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • A capable and experienced proof-reader
  • High level of accuracy
  • Possess analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Express own views and constructively challenge with alternative views
  • Be self-confident when dealing with colleagues and external parties
  • Competent IT skills. (Experienced and confident using Word and Excel)
