Sales Manager – Projects - Power Generation Sector

Location: South East

Salary: £65,0000 to £75,000 plus car allowance, bonus, and pension scheme

Sales Manager – Projects

My client is a rapidly growing Power Generation Company who are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee the Projects Sales & Business Development Team and be part of the companies senior leadership team.

This is an exciting and challenging role which will involve managing and implementing sales strategies across the UK, to achieve growth, premium positioning, brand awareness, account longevity and provide excellent commercial direction.

The role will require developing, managing and motivating a sales and business development team and will report directly into the Chief Executive.

Candidate – Sales Manager - Projects

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in Sales Leadership.

• Knowledge and background in sales.

• A minimum of 3 years experience of working in a high value/capital sales environment.

• A good financial understanding including: cashflows, budgets and gross profit.
