We're looking for commercially minded, relationship-driven Account Directors to lead strategic partnerships with our agency clients. You'll manage a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, fostering a people-first, results-driven culture while delivering excellence.
In this role, you'll provide market insights, implement business strategies, and craft compelling outbound communications to drive client growth. You'll also oversee operational excellence, ensuring outreach campaigns, client reporting, and administrative systems run smoothly.
You'll have a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and a passion for agency growth and hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.
Manage all client communications, agendas, and reporting (including HubSpot) for client accounts.
Strategy: Support the senior team with overarching strategy, campaigns, and tactics. Contribute to onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and client planning sessions.
Market Insights: Stay up to date on sector trends, brands, and individuals through industry news and newsletters. Provide direction on brand lists and contribute to agency prospecting guides.
Inspire your team to adopt a test-and-learn approach, spotting opportunities to pivot campaigns when needed.
Outreach & Team Leadership: Lead outreach initiatives, mentor your team, and provide guidance on scripts, Power Hours, and client engagement activities.
Create outreach copy turning complex sector and brand insights into concise, effective messaging. Advise clients on content for campaigns, including one-pagers or white papers.
Sales Calls & Scheduling: Support your team with outbound sales calls, meeting coordination, roleplays, and objection-handling coaching.

Translates plans into effective day-to-day outreach and campaigns.
