I'm excited to be partnering once again with Glass Half Full in recruiting a Brand Development Manager for Independent retail & Out Of Home— a role that sits right at the heart of where today's consumers discover the next big thing in drinks. Why this role? Shape how brands appear across indie retailers, cafés, hybrid delis, premium convenience, co-working spaces, boutique gyms, lifestyle retailers and chilled indie stores. Own distribution growth across venues where RTDs, cans and grab-and-go formats thrive. Build a high-quality customer base that genuinely drives influence, traction and rate of sale. Bring brands to life through smart, effective, cost-efficient activation — from fridge visibility to sampling moments to staff engagement. Be part of a team that champions creativity, cultural awareness and premium brand-building — without the corporate fluff. Play a hands-on, commercially focused role where your work directly moves the needle for early-stage brands. The Role Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality customers, managing the day-to-day relationships, ensuring every account feels supported and excited about the brands they stock. Deliver in-outlet execution from fridge positioning and menu placement to sampling, staff engagement and grab-and-go initiatives, Keeping CRM, reporting and weekly updates sharp, clear and commercially useful. About You You'll thrive here if: You're self-motivated, proactive and hungry to win new business. You've got experience in sales, BDM, account management or field execution — ideally with exposure to cafés, indie retail, RTM or lifestyle-led OOH channels. You're naturally commercial, confident presenting and strong at building rapport. You can juggle multiple brands, categories and customers with calm, organised efficiency. You care about drinks culture and get excited by where consumers are discovering the next wave of brands. You're energetic, credible and thrive being out in the field making things happen.
